Ives provides exterior hardware designed to handle any weather and has a solution for any application needs. They offer a line of lock guards, all designed to fit specific door stiles, lock types and trim types. The unique designs provide maximum security, virtually eliminating the opening between door and frame at latch point.

Lock guard (LG1, LG7)
- Units are non-handed and incorporate a security frame pin to prevent door and frame separation; LG7 does not incorporate the security frame pin
- Unit covers the latch bolt area of the door and lock, providing added protection from burglars, vandals or normal abuse
- Ideal for use with mortise or cylindrical locks
- Thru-bolted with carriage bolts and nuts
- Lock guard (LG10)
- Ideally for use with rose or escutcheon 2-3/4" wide or smaller
- For use with type 86 mortise and type 161 cylindrical locks
- Lock guard (LG11)
- Designed for use on aluminum doors with latch-type locks or doors equipped with electric strikes
- Unit is handed; specify left or right hand when ordering
- Lock guard (LG12)
- Narrow design unit used on roses or escutcheons 3-1/2" or smaller
- For use with type 86 mortise and type 161 cylinder locks
- Lock guard (LG14)
- Narrow design unit used on roses or escutcheons 3-1/2" or smaller
- For use with Von Duprin 6210 and 6211 electric strike
