Built for Real Use
Plastic nozzles fail—cracking, stiffening, and leaking over time. The All Metal PAX Nozzle replaces that weak point with a durable, precision-built system designed for long-term performance.
Why Upgrade
- All-metal durability: No plastic to crack or wear out
- Reliable performance: Smooth, controlled, leak-resistant pours
- Built to last: Designed for repeated use in tough conditions
- Clean storage: Seals securely when not in use
Features
- Billet aluminum fittings
- Stainless steel hose
- Viton seals for a secure seal
- Designed for RotoPax fuel containers
- Made in the USA
What’s Included
- 1 × All Metal PAX Nozzle Assembly
- 1 × Billet Aluminum Engraved Seal Cap
Fitment & Use
- Designed for RotoPax containers without an FMD (white insert)
- For smaller openings (standard or capless fillers), a Spout Adapter is required
- Use the included billet seal cap to properly seal the container during storage
Important Notes (Read This)
- Not intended for use in water containers (dissimilar metals may cause corrosion)
- We do not recommend modifying your container
- Do not remove flame safety devices
If the FMD is removed or missing:
- A gap will form when storing the nozzle
- This can cause leaks and damage the Viton gasket
- A Shipping Spacer may be required to properly seal the system
