Each is a vastly experienced warrior and warlord who has writ for themselves a legend in blood, and carries into battle the finest wargear and weapons known to humanity, leading hosts that have conquered worlds unnumbered.This multipart plastic kit builds one Legion Praetor, armed with a massive power sword and a searing volkite charger. This noble figure is clad in heavily modified Mark VI power armour, covered in ornate details and ceremonial items befitting of his rank, and wears a majestic cape with a sculpted rim – topped by an iron halo resembling a victory wreath. The kit includes a choice of two heads – a beaked helmet, or a bare head sporting glorious facial hair – both sporting an impressive crest with an optional tail. This model makes for an incredible painting project, festooned with decorative elements and opportunities for showcasing various textures.
This kit comprises 23 plastic components, and is supplied with a Citadel 40mm Round Base. Also included is a Legiones Astartes Infantry Transfer Sheet containing 339 optional markings and icons for the Sons of Horus and Imperial Fists Legions. Great stuff
Seemed to work as well as or better than some more expensive catalytic converter cleaners. I put it in while at 1/3 tank and my Check Engine light went out almost immediately once I started driving. My Tundra has almost 230,000 miles and still runs great but was getting a little harder to start after I switched from full synthetic oil to conventional. I’ll never do that again and immediately switched back but the damage was done. Check engine light came on and I had to crank longer to get it started. Adding this Liquid Moly fixed both issues temporarily. I have to wonder if this was used regularly, say every 3 months, if it would clean the catalytic converter more permanently?

Nice Filter Wrench for my Volvo V70XC!

I was needing a filter wrench for my 2001 Volvo V70XC and couldn't find anything that fit from the local auto parts stores. Not knowing what to expect, I took a chance on this one since most of the reviews were 5 star and the price was exceptional.
When I received it, I was quite pleased with the construction and finish. I have a brand new oil filter housing for my Volvo (since the one currently on my car is chewed up from the former owner using slip-jaw pliers or something on it) and the fit is perfect! I have worked as a mechanic my whole life (aircraft & automotive), and spent a couple of years as a technician at an automotive dealership and I can say that the tool looks like it is designed for heavy-duty use.
The stamped steel housing is thicker than those found in local auto parts stores and the drive adapter has a thick arc welded bead along the inside of the tool. So, it appears to be made to hold up to some fairly heavy torque. Although the product description states that it is 1/2", the drive adapter is actually made for direct attachment to a 3/8" drive. Perhaps this error stems from the fact that they offer a much larger wrench (118-131mm) and this is a more accurate description of their other offerings.
The 3/8" drive adapter works perfectly and a 21mm socket fits nicely on the external hex. Fits with SAE sizes are a mixed bag, though. I was able to attach a 13/16" 12-pt. box-end wrench, but not the opposing open-end. A similarly sized 13/16" 6-pt. socket was extremely tight, so I wouldn't recommend this size and would just go with the 21mm if you had to use the external hex. Otherwise, just use the 3/8" drive adapter for easiest use of this tool. The adapter also incorporates ball detents on all four sides of the internal 3/8" drive, so your ratchet or extension won't easily fall off while in use.
Since this tool is made for oil filter removal & installation, I'm sure that it will deliver as promised. I'll post an update after my next oil change and I get a chance to use it and install the new filter housing I have.
