It also works with any GU10 bulb, which you can get in cool white, natural white, and warm white light.
One of the unique features of our LED downlight is its insulation-coverable design. This allows you to place loft insulation loosely over its rear, provided you pair it with a GU10 LED lamp with a maximum power of 7w. This feature is not commonly found in other downlight models, and it helps remove heat quickly and reduces electrical consumption.
Mounting our LED downlight is a breeze, thanks to its loop-in/out terminal block with push-fit connectors and a twist-and-lock mechanism. This user-friendly configuration makes installation quick and easy. Plus, it's mains-powered, eliminating the need for a separate LED driver or transformer.
With a beautiful brushed chrome bezel, this downlight is suitable for a variety of design schemes, including traditional, mid-century modern, industrial, contemporary, minimalist, and rustic. It also has an open-can design that ensures the fixture's cooling system remains optimal, allowing the bulb to last throughout its average lifespan.
Moreover, it is fire-rated to 30, 60, and 90 minutes of protection for solid joist ceilings and 30 minutes of protection for web and I-joist ceilings. This ensures that everyone living in your home can exit safely and prevents extreme damage to your home's structure.
