Human PLIN1 (Perilipin-1) ELISA KitThe Human (PLIN1) Perilipin 1 ELISA Kit measures Perilipin 1 in samples. The plate has been pre coated with Human PLIN1 antibody. PLIN1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human PLIN1 Antibody is added and binds to PLIN1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated PLIN1 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin HRP is washed away during a washing step.

The Human (PLIN1) Perilipin-1 ELISA Kit measures Perilipin-1 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human PLIN1 antibody. PLIN1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human PLIN1 Antibody is added and binds to PLIN1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated PLIN1 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human PLIN1. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Wooden slats not sturdy enough.
The bed frame looks nice, but the holes were not all aligned well, and with a bit of wrangling we were able to get it assembled with two people in about 45 minutes. The box was small, and the side rails are actually two pieces. Be careful because I pinched my hand pretty good when trying to align them after everything had been screwed together. The slats that go under the mattress are very thin and I'm concerned that they will break eventually. I think the company could have used better wood for the slats and still charged the same price. It's so hard to read through a ton of reviews to decide which bed frame to buy. This one is OK, but I see myself having to purchase wood in the future to replace the slats. It's long enough for a grown young man of 6'1" to sleep on it, but if my kids were younger and prone to jumping on beds, I'm sure it would break.
