Lower EX-tremity (LEX)
This designed to help athletes and patients recover from a variety of lower body injuries. The LEX accommodates a wide range of exercises including micro-movements of the ankle, knee and hip joint workouts, and explosive plyometrics. It provides progressive workouts that can help users build strength and rehab lower body injuries.
Rehab and Recovery
The LEX is built to promote a safe and successful recovery process. The pneumatic brake gives the seat an even glide when slowing to protect the joints while working out.

- Provides concentric and eccentric force that utilizes both linear bodyweight resistance (BWR) and variable band resistance (VBR)
- Up to four resistance bands can be engaged to allow for an additional 10-70 lbs. resistance in 10 lb. increments
- Features a pneumatic brake that protects users’ joints during plyometric movements
- Angled glideboard is comfortable and supports the upper body while exercising
- Comes with link to an online exercise library that features numerous guides to advanced exercises
