The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre coated with an antibody specific to Mouse PDGFsR Alpha. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse PDGFsR Alpha and Avidin Horseradish Peroxidase

The Mouse PDGFsR-Alpha (Platelet-Derived Growth Factor Soluble Receptor Alpha) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse PDGFsR-Alpha. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse PDGFsR-Alpha and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse PDGFsR-Alpha, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse PDGFsR-Alpha. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse PDGFsR-Alpha in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

BUYER BEWARE NOT A AUTHORIZED EPSON SELLER & YOU CANNOT REG THIS PRINTER
I purchased the Epson SureColor F170 from 6Ave through Amazon and discovered during setup that I could not register the printer with Epson. After contacting Epson customer support, I was informed that 6Ave is not an authorized Epson reseller for this product. That the serial number was invalid and likely from overseas. When I had been trying it I got "INVALID SERIAL NUMBER" and when I thought maybe the 0 was an O I got a message that it had already been registered. As a result, Epson would not allow me to register the printer, which raises concerns about warranty coverage and access to manufacturer support. Had this been disclosed before purchase, I would have purchased from an authorized dealer instead. Consumers should be clearly informed when a seller is not authorized by the manufacturer, especially for a product that represents a significant investment. Very disappointing experience. I am glad I was able to contact Amazon and report them.
