A towering presence that looms over the rest of the Death Guard and gives even Bloodthirsters something to look up to, Mortarion is one of the most imposing centrepiece models in the entire Warhammer range. Clad in the baroque Barbaran Plate — covered in rust, rot, skulls, spikes, and Nurgle symbolism — with mouldering robes, chains, and a rotten cowl hanging from his armour, the Daemon Primarch of Nurgle is a masterpiece of diseased detail.
His breathing apparatus feeds him not clean air but vile spores and disease. His decaying wings are pockmarked, holed, and torn. And at his side hang 2 Nurgling Drones carrying phosphex bombs, with 3 more on the corrupted base below his feet.
