Lion Bee Bee brewed this "Late Harvest" in order to create a craft beer taste that his friend A.Ko likes. Late harvest wines often refer to use grapes that are harvested after normal ripening, just when the grapes develop a special aroma. Lion Bee Bee specially brought Panda MiMi to the vineyard to see the late harvest grapes and to have a taste of the delicious wine-like & whisky-like beer that had been brewed with only 4 basic beer-brewing raw materials!

等待的藝術讓收穫更豐碩甜美大獅啤啤為要讓朋友A.Ko心中偏愛的味道展現在手工啤酒而釀造了甘甜的“晚收”！晚收葡萄酒常指葡萄在正常成熟後還要待果實形成特殊香氣時才採收來釀製葡萄酒。所以他特地帶熊貓蜜蜜到酒堡觀賞晚收葡萄同時讓她品嚐只用了釀造啤酒4種基本原材卻成了尤如馥郁紅酒、威士忌味道來的蜜蜜啤！
