The Rabbit TrxR1 (Thioredoxin Reductase 1) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rabbit TrxR1. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rabbit TrxR1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rabbit TrxR1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rabbit TrxR1. You can calculate the concentration of Rabbit TrxR1 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

I wasn't thrilled with all aspects of this book as I think they could have done better to draw some of the attributes of Jesus. But I don't have any disagreements or arguments with what they wrote. Maybe some was a bit weak (unlike Jesus....!) But it is def a good book if you are starting to study what was so great about Jesus as a leader. Gives good examples and provides the basic foundation of Him as a man and leading a diverse group of folks. And does well to apply to today's world and how you can apply these attributes.
