The Human BMPR2 (Bone morphogenetic protein receptor type-2) ELISA Kit measures BMPR2 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti BMPR2 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with BMPR2 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of BMPR2 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

They're okay, but they're quite bulky.
I liked the design and overall application of these, but they don't fit my needs. They definitely work well at protecting my hands from freezing weather, but they are way too bulky for regular motorcycle use. In my opinion, I feel that these would be much more suited for a snowmobile or ATV. If you treat them as what they’re mostly designed for — ATV/snow-related riding or cold-weather utilitarian use — these gloves are a solid buy. They deliver warmth, weather protection, and decent control through the TPU windows. But if you put them on a fast street motorcycle or expect “motorcycle-glove” levels of control and feel — they’ll likely disappoint or even pose safety trade-offs. In that context, lighter and more control-oriented gloves would probably serve you better. The reason I'm docking stars is because they're marketed toward motorcycle users, and they;re very impractical. The durability seems pretty good, as I've taken them out and even had a couple of rocks/road debris hit the TPU windows with no scratches or punctures. They're not super comfortable to use at highway speeds, especially since they fit so loose, and they tend to press my front brake/clutch which is very dangerous. I personally cannot recommend this product for motorcycle use, unless you already have handguards, which will probably negate the need for these at all. Invest in some good heated gloves and/or heated grips, and I think you'll be much safer and better off in the end. For the price, I think this is a good value, but they're just not for me.
