The kalonji, or Nigella seeds, is an interesting spice – when used for tempering, it adds a beautiful aroma to the dishes, and a hint of flavour that you can’t quite nail. Dry roasted kalonji is used for flavouring curries, dal, stir-fried vegetables, etc. It’s loaded with trace elements, vitamins, crystalline nigellone, amino acids, saponin, crude fiber, proteins and fatty acids like linolenic and oleic acids, volatile oils, alkaloids, iron, sodium, potassium and calcium.

MY FAVORITE HAND LOTION FOR DECADES

This particular version of Vaseline Intensive Care hand lotion is the best on the market. I have used it for decades, and though I have tried to other brands, keep coming back to this. It moisturizes very well, is not greasy and can be used anywhere on the body. Highly recommend!

This unscented Vaseline lotion truly provides long lasting moisture for dry skin
It’s rich but absorbs quickly & doesn't leaving greasy or sticky residue.
The only negative is the T-shaped pump head — I find it a bit awkward to use. Still, the formula itself is excellent.
