Yarn Kit - Hapisk by Hélène Magnússon

It is difficult to describe Hapisk by Hélène Magnússon without using emotional connotations, as this is a nurturing, soul-warming hug of a wrap - an embrace of all the woolly goodness in the world.

The design echoes the basic structure of the Shetland hap, with its stripes and shell-like lace border, but Hélène Magnússon also incorporates Icelandic and modern elements. While the central square harks back to Icelandic long shawls with its sequence of stripes, undulating lace, and crochet bind-off, the wrappable shape of this hap gives it a modern, wearable feel.

Made in the softest most light weight Icelanding yarns - Hélène Magnússon's Gilitrutt Tvíband, we have come up with 5 colour options for you.
The kit contains all the yarn you need to knit up your own woolly hug!

PLEASE NOTE: Your yarn kit can be purchased with or without the pattern. The pattern will be provided as a pdf sent to you via email as soon as your order has been processed. Knit with attitude use the Ravelry In-store Pattern Programme to offer this service so if you are a Ravelry user you can fill in your Ravelry name and the pattern will also be added to your pattern libary.

In addition you'll need 4mm / US6 circular needles at least 100cm / 40in long, a spare needle and a crochet hook of simmilar size, stitch markers and a darning needle to complete your project. It is reccomended to use blocking wires when blocking the finished wrap.
