- Three sealed 12" x 20" hot food wells hold full-size pans and accommodate inserts up to 6-1/4" deep.
- Remote control panel with individual infinite controls and indicator lights for easy temperature adjustment.
- 18-gauge 304 stainless steel self-rimmed top with stainless steel construction inside and out.
- Fiberglass insulation between compartments helps retain heat more efficiently.
- Supplied with drains for wet operation and includes 1/2" I.P.S. drain(s) with gate valve.
- Hardwired installation with optional cord accessories available for select configurations.
- Designed to maintain temperature of already hot foods, not to cook or heat frozen or refrigerated items.
