銀シャリ是活用了清爽味道的無濾過生原酒，比火入的版本香氣更濃，令人聯想起異國風情。剛榨起後便立刻入瓶，所以是只餘下少量炭酸氣的微炭酸。
使用的米為「ササニシキ」，黏力較少，即使經過冷凍也很美味，所以很常在壽司店裡用作醋飯。
就像壽司店的醋飯，酒造也想釀造能配合料理、最好的食中酒，這款酒就是在這樣想法之下釀造而成的。
較為乾脆的口感和略為輕和的味道，正是它的特徵。

Succinct and Spot on
Format: Perfect Paperback
This is a fantastic little book and much needed. A youth discussion group met and we used this book as the basis for the topic of disagreeing to the glory of God. I heard multiple ways students had applied it in their contexts at home and school. Gavin should be glad to know it has made a difference.
