Ensure your pup can't accidentally give you the slip. Connect this Dual Safety Strap between your dogs harness and collar.
Clip your leash into the center connection point. Then adjust your straps so the "pull" is on the harness connection while the strap on the martingale collar is a bit looser. Now you're ready to head out on your walks with a backup system in place.
