I've given the whole of the outside a light french polish and wax just to protect the paint for the future.

Very clean inside as I think it must have had a lining until recently.

The back is also very clean, almost bleach/limewashed look, so presumably has been against a wall or window for years.

A small section of wood on the inside bottom has broken off at some point in its life - see photo.
