Book 2 - The Intermediate Method, revised from the 1940 original in 1999 by Rob McGregor, Jean Moorehead Libs and Dennis Horton. An excellent follow-up to Book 1. This is also a great book to set before incoming freshmen who may think they've "been there ~ done that" but haven't and didn't.

Clifford Lillya taught the trumpet at the University of Michigan for thirty-two years and established an exceptional studio whose graduates have filled important teaching and performing posts throughout the world. He was extraordinarily gifted in the art of teaching and his publications are carefully crafted to lead the student in a positive and creative journey to trumpet mastery.

In 1995, Clifford Lillya was presented with the highest award offered by the International Trumpet Guild - the ITG Honorary Award, in recognition of a lifetime of teaching excellence.

"Clifford Lillya's Method provides a really solid foundation for beginners.  I am happy to see the inclusion of so many familiar tunes and I think it will rapidly become the book of choice for teaching first-year students."

--  Raymond Mase, The Juilliard School, Chairman of the Brass Department

"A firm foundation is established through very gradual increase in range and technique, ample rest for the young player, and best of all, music galore!"

Solid Everyday Mouse with a Few Comfort Trade-Offs
I’ve been using this Amazon Basics 2.4 GHz wireless optical mouse as a simple, no-frills option, and overall it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Setup was instant with the USB nano receiver, tracking is accurate, and the wireless connection has been reliable with no dropouts or lag during daily use. It’s lightweight and works well for general browsing and office tasks. Where it falls a bit short for me is ergonomics. Compared to my Logitech mouse, this one doesn’t feel quite as natural or contoured in the hand during longer sessions. It’s by no means uncomfortable, just not as refined in terms of hand fit. That said, for the price and simplicity, it’s a dependable mouse that gets the job done. A solid choice if you want something basic and reliable.

Love it
I’m honestly impressed with this mouse. The Wireless Optical Mouse works exactly as it should—simple, reliable, and smooth. Setup was instant, just plug in the USB receiver and it’s ready to go. No lag or connectivity issues at all. The tracking is precise, and it feels comfortable even after long use. The battery life is solid, and I like that it goes into sleep mode to save power. It’s lightweight but still feels well-built, not cheap. For the price, this is a great value. If you need a dependable wireless mouse without overpaying for unnecessary features, this is a perfect choice.

Awesome quality mouse
Fantastic value. First it feels like a quality mouse and works like a mouse 3-4x the price. It is solid and has nice weight to it, not like some of the flimsy competitors. I am buying another just to have.

Great Mouse
I normally use the Logitech M325c. I've gone through dozens over the years. It works very well, but they seem to wear out fast; the wheel scroll is what fails. I decided to give the Amazon Basics a try. So far, it looks, feels, and functions the same as the Ltech; it doesn't have the fun colors, but if it holds up longer than a year, it's a fair tradeoff. I will revise this review if things change in the future, but as of now, I would recommend the Amazon Basics and will replace the other Ltech's when the time comes.
