Ingredients

• Wild-harvested Chaga (Inonotus obliquus), Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus), Cordyceps militaris (Ophiocordyceps militaris), Turkey tail (Trametes versicolor) 
• Spring water
• Food-grade ethanol
• Natural flavouring - Blueberry, blackcurrant and raspberry extract 10%

Dosage: A 50ml bottle of our extract should last around 50 days, with a recommended daily dosage of 2ml. For those with alcohol sensitivities, we suggest adding your dosage to warm water/tea to help evaporate the alcohol before consumption.
