The $19 is actually a postage price and an exchange rate fee. Minor defects (uneven anode) are non refundable. An M3 screw is set at the back, which can be propped up to increase the angle of the tray (you can adjust the length of the M3 screw yourself to adjust the angle) thanks for your support.
