Six Questions Your Lice Clinics of America Franchise Pitch Deck Must Answer

We built this franchise unit pitch deck in Microsoft PowerPoint format using our own deep-dive research into the professional lice removal sector. All slides come pre-populated with data, including a revenue ramp that starts at $259,000 in year one and grows to $859,000 by year five. This tool is your roadmap to a successful launch.

Why now, and what urgent local customer need does this franchise unit address?

Families in high-density areas realy need a fast, non-toxic solution to lice outbreaks that home remedies and chemical shampoos often fail to solve. Timing is everything in local healthcare.

Immediate Market Demand

  • High-density family demographics
  • Urgent 'near me' search intent
  • Failure of chemical treatments
[dynamic_pic9]

What does this franchise unit offer, and why is its solution meaningfully better than local alternatives?

This unit provides a guaranteed, one-hour eradication service using FDA-cleared heated air technology that is safer and more effective than traditional methods. Technology is your biggest competitive advantage.

Superior Clinical Solution

  • FDA-cleared proprietary technology
  • One-hour single-session treatment
  • 100% efficacy guarantee
[dynamic_pic10]

Who buys from this franchise unit, and how big is the local opportunity (TAM/SAM/SOM)?

  • High-income family demographics
  • $259k year-one revenue target
[dynamic_pic11]

How does this franchise unit make money, and what are the core revenue streams and unit economics?

Revenue flows from treatments, screenings, and retail, but you must manage the 8% royalty and 4% marketing fee carefully. Watch your margins like a hawk.

Unit Economic Drivers

  • 8% ongoing royalty fee
  • 4% brand marketing fund
  • 25-month breakeven timeline
[dynamic_pic12]

Who are the main local competitors, and what is this franchise unit's defensible edge?

Main competitors are DIY drug-store kits and mobile nit-pickers, but our edge is a professional clinic and proprietary technology. A strong moat keeps competitors at bay.

Defensible Market Moat

  • Exclusive heated air devices
  • Medical service franchise operating plan
  • School-safe certification programs
[dynamic_pic13]

How much funding is required, what will the funds be used for, and what milestones will that unlock for the franchise unit?

You need capital for the $49,500 franchise fee and $35,000 for specialized equipment to reach the Jan-28 breakeven milestone. Capital is the fuel for your franchise engine.

Capital Allocation Plan

  • $49,500 initial franchise fee

Very easy to use
Size: 12 Pairs / 24 pcs
I have an Onkyo audio/video receiver along with an Emotiva amplifier. Both have speaker "post" terminals which will accept banana plugs, OR I can connect the speaker wires by unscrewing the posts, poke the speaker wires into the terminals and then tighten the posts. The problem with poking the wires into the terminals and tightening the posts vs using banana plugs is that there is a risk of the wires touching the metal on the back of the chassis or touching other speaker wires, causing a short if one is not careful. With banana plugs, they simply plug into the back/top of the posts, eliminating the rsick of a short circuit. They can also be unplugged very easily if needed. Banana plugs are DEFINITELY the preferred way to connect speakers to an receiver or amplifier if they have post-style terminals. These particular banana plugs came in a package of 12 I believe. They were very reasonably priced, and simple to connect to the end of the speaker wires. Simply unscrew the banana plugs, use a small, standard jewelry screwdriver and loosen both of the set screws, insert the speaker wire, then tighten the set screws, and then screw the banana plug back together. The plugs have either a red band which would typically be used for your "Right" speakers, or a black band which would typically be used for the "left" speakers. The banana plugs insert into the top or front of the speaker terminal posts on the amp and receiver. They fit VERY snug, and so I did have to apply just a little bit of pressure in order to insert them into the posts, but once plugged in, rest assured they're not going anywhere. They are snug. I highly recommend these.

Well made, a solid connection.

I liked them. They really lock down on the speaker wire to make a firm connection. They seem well made and are easy to install. My system sounds great.

Tips broke in the binding post
Size: 12 Pairs / 24 pcs, Size: 12 Pairs / 24 pcs
UPDATE: Two tips broke off when unplugging them from the binding post and are now lodged in. Inexcusable and an utterly poor product. Solid connection in the binding post with no wobble or wiggle. They require some force to insert into the binding post, but once they're in they remain snug. I also tried removing and reinserting a few times and the connection remained solid. I've used other plugs in the past that have a softer tip and easily deform after one or two insertions. These do not have that issue.
