We all typically identify with the basic emotions such as happiness, sadness, or anger without exploring the deeper emotions that arenÕt always easily identified. The goal is that by helping young people to recognize how superheroes experience the same emotions as them, in turn will help them to feel empowered to unlock all the great things they are capable of by using their emotions as superpowers!
