Doxy present a reissue of Prince Lasha Quintet's The Cry, featuring Sonny Simmons and originally released in 1963. "This 1962 recording is one of the prize items of the free-jazz movement as it flowered in California. It teams flutist Prince Lasha and alto saxophonist Sonny Simmons, who co-wrote all the songs and play with an esprit de duo that reflects their long-term partnership. Lasha, who also played saxophone, was a childhood friend of Ornette Coleman and became part of his circle in Los Angeles. Simmons, a Louisiana native who grew up in Oakland, came under Coleman's influence while honing his own terse, lyrically heated style. Though the overall sound of The Cry! Very much proceeds from Ornette's harmolodic 'new thing' (while absorbing earlier styles ranging from Ellington 'exotica' to Waller 'erotica') it's a racier vehicle that takes hairier turns. Propelled by the clean and steady dual basses of Gary Peacock and Mark Proctor (on three tracks, Peacock goes it alone), Lasha and Simmons harmonize with as much zip and warmth as they put into their solos." Edition of 500 (numbered).

Very uncomfortable
Size: 7, Color: Brown Patent
Most uncomfortable shoes I own. The middle part is so hard and digs into your toes making it really painful. I wear a lot of heels and never have I had a pair that hurt this bad.

Foxxy Black Heel
Size: 6.5, Color: Black Patent
10/10 recommend. I love Steve Madden shoes. These were actually comfortable. I love the style and quality. The height was perfect for me. I was turning heads. The gold buckle and solid black made the heel pop!

Heel girly
Size: 8, Color: Burgundy Patent, Size: 8, Color: Burgundy Patent
The bottom is very slippery and you need cushions to go at the bottom of them. You have to be a real heel girly to walk in them, slightly comfortable.
