Harm Wulf is inspired by a range of artists, from the tranquil resonance of LOW, to the rhythmic acoustic strumming of STRENGTH THROUGH JOY and the ascending power of ANGELS OF LIGHT, even calling to the insular/ grotesque Americana of Cormac McCarthy and Flannery O'Connor, etc. At most times sparse and austere and at others apocalyptically orchestrated, Harm Wulf has the sound of something long since missing. Hijrah is the emotional sophomore album from Harm Wulf. Where the debut album (Deathwish, 2013) was primarily built on the singer/songwriter experience, Hijrah introduces a wash of stark instrumentation with Jon Nean of BLACKLISTED on bass and engineer/musician Arthur Rizk (INQUISITION, PRURIENT) on percussion backing G. Hirsch as he performs all vocal, guitar, and harmonica duties. Altogether they have created a dark and emotional atmosphere that is more fully realized than ever before. Digital download included. Great winter moisturizer! Not greasy & absorbs well!
I needed a moisturizer that would last in colder weather. My skin is oily/normal and works well with my other facial products. I strictly use The Ordinary products and add this at the end to seal in the moisture. Pretty surprised how quickly this absorbed in to my skin. Has no scent and melts quickly on finger tips. I use it on my face and heels of my feet. Honestly love this addition to my fall/winter skincare routine. A little goes a long way! I have been using for a month now with great results. Definitely a great buy!

Great product if you can actually use it
Of the 4 orders I've placed for this lotion, only 2 have come perfectly. One of them came leaking tallow out of the container and package, and then it's replacement arrived with the jar completely shattered.
The tallow itself is so hydrating and smells great, but if the company itself needs to fix it's packaging.

May need to transfer to a different jar since the lids break
I am very happy with the product but a little bothered by the packaging. The lid is cracked and doesn't stay on. The fragrance isn't what I expected, but it is pleasant and a comforting smell.

It’s not as gross as you think - and the dog loves me
More overbuying on my part cuz, well, cuz it’s a stressful time and it’s either buy or eat! so I really have no idea what possessed me to buy this, but I’m glad I did. I use it at night on my face over one of the many serums I have stashed away. I alternate it with other moisturizers because I get worried it might clog my skin. But it hasn’t, and my aging face seems to like this stuff. It does have a slight beefy smell but that doesn’t last very long. Not sure if the bison option or the beef one is better. This was just more of an oddball choice and there we go! Lol.
For reference, I have a birthday coming up that starts with a seven, I ignored my skin for years, and had more than one sunburn. So I am definitely looking for products with great moisturizing properties. It only takes a little and I clean off any excess on my chest. And what do you know the dog loves me! (Lol, I don’t actually have a dog.)
