They are rebranded Philips and they come in original Philips boxes.

They are made in Mullard, Blackburn tube plant and Philips tube codes are clearly visible on photos. 

This is matched pair with balanced sections, tested on my calibrated Metrix U61B tester and additionally checked in preamplifier for hum and noise.
