✨ Every custom Kula includes a proof sent by e-mail before printing, so keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder!). If we don’t hear back within one week, we’ll finalize your design with care and ship it to you.
Design Tips
- High-resolution images (300 DPI preferred) work best
- Standard cell phone photos are usually perfect
- Keep important parts of your design near the center since Kulas are diamond-shaped
- We’ll crop, rotate, and adjust your design to fit beautifully within the template

- Please only upload artwork or photography you own or have permission to use
- No unlicensed logos or copyrighted artwork
- Custom Kulas are for personal use only and not for resale
- Current custom prints are available with black thread + black snaps only
- No image? No problem. Leave us your concept or dream idea in the order notes and we’ll help bring it to life
