Description: The ME2-XTR4 kit by ACT features an Xtreme pressure plate designed for the most demanding drivers. ACT Xtreme pressure plates employ an exclusive diaphragm design to enhance clamp load, diminish deflection, and maximize clutch longevity. Each diaphragm undergoes a meticulous four-stage heat-treating process for unmatched performance. Precision cover stampings in ACT pressure plates ensure rigidity and consistency. Paired with the kit are ACT's 4-pad rigid race discs crafted from high-quality ceramic friction materials. The chrome-moly hub, heat-treated for strength and durability, ensures smooth, trouble-free service. With the 4-pad rigid race disc, engagement is sharper, facilitating faster shifts. These discs are particularly suited for smaller disc sizes in compact engines. Monoloc, included in the kit, ensures uniform loading on the bearing and pressure plate for proper alignment, regardless of driver influence or vehicle modifications, thanks to its meticulously calculated spring tension and hardened chrome-moly steel construction.
