French Chilean artist Aillacara 2743, offers an exclusive Record Stored Day 2014 45RPM 7" with a hot afro-Latin-funk influence. This 45 sounds much like something you'd hear from the 70's psyche afro-Cuban funk productions released on the famous Cuban state-owned record company Egrem that released artists such as Los Van Van and Grupo Irakere. "No Mate" is a mid tempo afro-Cuban son with a strong message coming from Native American wisdom. A call to humanity. A reaction to what is taking place in the Amazonian region where tribes protest to defend their lands from corporate control. Aillacara 2743 sings here his first song with Roni Alkekengi. "Para La Libertad" is a dynamic uptempo afro-son dedicated to freedom. People's freedom to enjoy life and to dance. R̩mi Roux Probel plays trumpet and conga solos. Aillacara 2743 is the adress of Orlando Diaz Corvalan's familly house in Santiago, Chile. It's the name he choose to represent the Latin side of his creation. Born in a familly of engaged musicians, with a father dissident, political refugee from Chile now living in France, Orlando grew up in an uprooted Latin culture and stays in touch with this roots through music. He composes, writes, produces, plays and programs the main instruments in his songs. As a Dj, he draws inspiration from his collection of Latin and Cuban vinyl from the 60's & 70's; his favorite decades from which he derives the "hot lamp amplifier sound." Areito, Sound Triangle, Fuentes, Sono Radio, Inca, Tico, Tropical, Mericana are names that rotate on his turntables. Andean rhythms, Afro-Cuban and : Latin funk, Colombian cumbia, Argentinean jazz are some of the influences that give colors to his productions. Also know as Medline and Electroom Acoostap, Orlando produces also jazz funk and hip hop for many labels worldwide. Full-color sleeve with center die-cut hole and full-color labels.

Double check sizing
Too big for my toddler, recommend sizing down. Quality is good if the fit is good.

Sizing
These were cute unfortunately way too big. The sizing thing is really off.

Yay!
My baby recently needed new socks, and I was looking based on three thing:
- will they stay up
- do they have traction
- do they dig in and leave those awful red marks on him
These socks not only have the stretch spot at the top like most socks, but they also have a stretchy spot at the ankle. So, yes, they stay on! Hallelujah! This also keeps them from digging in an extra lot at the top, so they're not messing up his circulation.
The brand stamp on the bottom offers a little traction, but it's not exactly what I would call 'having traction.' Of course, most babies of my son's age don't actually need it, but I feel like that last little bit would take these socks over the top.
Bonus - they're not cheap and falling apart, and they've got a nice knit to them. They're light. They're airy. They're great summer socks. They fit easily into soft shoes. Don't buy these as heavy winter socks. Heading into summer, though, I'm quite certain we'll be getting plenty of use out of these.

Excellent Socks! From Birth to 4 years old. The Best Brand out there!
I love the Robeez Brand socks! They are the only ones that would stay on our boy when he was a baby (he'd kick off all the other brands). So at 4 months I found Robeez brand and have never looked back. My son is now 3 so I just ordered him the 2-4 size...which sadly is the biggest size they make. They are a bit too big for him now...but he will grow into them. I will be very sad when he can't fit into Robeez socks any longer. I highly recommend these socks! They wear great, wash great, and keep the kiddos secure with the no-slip writing on bottom.
