INSTRUCTIONS
WARM ME UP!
Take out the buckwheat-filled bag and place
in a clean microwave with a turntable.
In 30 second blasts, warm for up to 2 minutes
and then snap bag back into the dragon’s body!
This will provide a comforting warmth for up
to an hour!

COOL ME DOWN!
Take out the buckwheat-filled bag and place
in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Snap back into
the dragon’s body to enjoy a cool down!

WARNING! 

• Handle bag with caution after removal from microwave.
• Bag will be hot. 
• Only reheat when bag is at room temperature. 
• Do not heat in periods longer than 1 minute bursts to avoid burning of buckwheat hulls.
• Test against skin before giving to child to avoid burn risk.
