Ingredients
Organic Ashwagandha root (Withinia somnifera) 1:3 equivalent to 990mg per serving.
Each 20 drops (1 mL) contain 330mg dry herb equivalent.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Organic cane alcohol, distilled water.
Usage
60 drops (3 mL) taken 2 times per day. Best taken with five deep, slow breaths.
