Start your day with a wholesome bowl of Coles Rolled Oats. 

Ingredients:
Rolled Oats (100%).

Contain: Gluten. 
May Contain: Wheat.

Directions: 
Stove Top Cooking:

1. Add 1 and 1/2 cups water to 1 cup Rolled Oats in a saucepan and stir. Bring to the boil. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
2. Remove from heat and serve with your favourite toppings. (Water may be substituted with milk if a creamier porridge is desired).

Microwave Cooking:

1. Combine 1/3 cup of cold water, 1/3 cup of hot water with 1/3 cup of Coles brand Rolled oats into a microwave safe bowl and stir
2. Cook for 2 minutes, stir and cook extra minute. 
3. Let stand for a minute, taking care as bowl may be hot. 
4. Serve with your favourite toppings.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Once opened, store in an airtight container.
• Do not use if packet is damaged.
