Slam City Jams is back with it's sixth release, welcoming mysterious producer Westcoast Goddess. Written and produced between 2002 and 2018, this record contains everything house music heads could wish for: Sweet chords and strings, topped with heavy 909s, plus a cheeky little vocal shot on "Satisfaction & Clarity". The title track sounds like a late-night drive with the top down. "Open Heart" is a sample-based house tune, heavy on the low end and super sweet on the tops. "In Search Of Darryl P" is the perfect track for the late hours, with never-ending trancey synths and euphoric strings.

Interesting pillowcase that does run cool to the touch
To begin: I'm a 64 y/o woman who still gets hot flashes, despite air-conditioning and a fan blowing on me at night. It's the sheets off then blankets on routine that so many of us know. I ordered this pillowcase hoping that I would find some kind of relief in the night, even it was only for my head.
The fabric is very unusual. It's a silky nylon blend, very swishy and soft. It reminds me of luxury, expensive women's lingerie. It's extremely slippery, moreso when you have your head on it; there certainly won't be any resistance or pulling on the hair all night.
I washed it before using it, put it in a mesh bag to protect it from getting snagged. It washed and dried as good as new. One thing to note: because it is so slippery the pillow may want to slide a little out of the pillowcase.
I slept quite well and did not experience any heat or sweating on it.
The reason for the 4* and not 5* is the price, at almost $20 it is a bit pricey for a rectangle of nylon fabric. I could see if it were real silk, but it's not. Otherwise it's exactly what it purports to be.
