Two full-size SPR1000 power racks — each with a 3" x 3" 11-gauge steel mainframe and 1,000 lb weight capacity — provide side-by-side squat, bench, and overhead press stations for simultaneous use by multiple athletes.
The monkey bar bridge bolts the two racks together into a rigid, unified structure while adding overhead training options: pull-ups, hanging leg raises, traversals, and more. At 89 inches tall, each rack provides ample overhead clearance for standing shoulder presses and full-range chin-ups.
One-inch hole spacing in the bench zone (5/8" holes) means you can position the safety spotter bars at exactly the right height for every lifter — a critical safety feature for heavy squats and bench press. Additional hole spacing: 2-inch centers on the remaining front zones and 3-inch centers on the sides (7/8" holes).
