簡易煮法:
1、香菇泡軟備用，老菜脯稍微沖水備用，將雞肉川燙備用
2、再把泡軟的香菇、老菜脯、雞肉、老薑4-5片、米酒及燉包倒入3000cc的水大火滾了關小火煮40分鐘，加入喜愛的調味料即可熄火。

These are a keeper!
