It's an original flat pack, so the legs and stretchers can come apart from the top for easier transportation.

This table has been carefully restored back to its original splendour so is ready to use for many years ahead.

I lightly stripped the table and then applied several applications of Danish Oil and wax polish to achieve the revitalised finish.

There are a couple of very, very minor and small dings to the top (see photos), hardly noticeable though, I just mention them for transparency. There were a couple of bolts and washers missing underneath that attach the legs which I replaced and I also made a couple of new dowels. One stretcher needed regluing at the ends where it had split slightly, but again you wouldn't notice without looking very closely.

A superb piece.
