- 35,000 BTU/hr convection oven includes three racks and a thermostat that adjusts from 250°F to 500°F.
- Fully MIG welded frame and heavy-duty construction are designed for long service life.
- Stainless steel front, sides, backriser, high shelf, and 6-inch adjustable legs.
- Heavy-duty cast grates and an extra-deep pull-out crumb tray make cleaning easier.
- 115V, 1-phase blower motor uses a 6-foot cord and plug; motor requires field attachment.
