Dose:
Sandu Ashwagandharishta should be consumed after consulting an expert. Generally, the below steps are followed to have this supplement.
Take the supplement after meals
Have the potent 2 times a day
Mix an equal quantity of water with the syrup
Infants should not consume Ashwagandharishta
Adults should have 4 tablespoons (20ml) a day
Children should have 2 tablespoons (10ml) in a day
Maximum 60ml of the syrup should be consumed in a day
