The sleeve has a 10mm nap, which works well on semi-rough surfaces when using water or oil-based paint. The handle includes two end caps, enabling the sleeve to be removed and cleaned, or even swapped out. It is the perfect tool for painting areas such as ceilings or walls without needing a ladder.
