Going back to his early musical inspirations in the early '70s, Werner Durand was fascinated with the multiple saxophone sounds coming from Terry Riley's "Poppy Nogood" and "Happy Ending," Dickie Landry's "Fifteen Saxophones" and Ariel Kalma's "Reternelle." His participation in the Parisian saxophone ensemble Urban Sax in 1976/1977 became a starting point for his own musical endeavors. The two saxophone pieces presented here were composed and recorded roughly 10 years apart and document his move from free micro tonality towards just intonation, to which he was turned onto as a member of Arnold Dreyblatt & The Orchestra of Excited Strings from 1990 to 1997. The two hemispheres represent the two parts of the brain, associated with the intuitive (right) and rational (left) part. "Right Hemisphere" for soprano sax was composed in 1990 for a festival in Berlin, celebrating the 150th anniversary of the invention of the saxophone. The main idea for this piece was to make one forget what instrument one is listening to as well as to feature various unorthodox techniques like loose embouchure, false fingerings, or circular breathing, and a free micro tonality. It was inspired by certain composers of microtonal music like Giacinto Scelsi, Phill Niblock, Lois V. Vierk, and Mary Jane Leach. The original version of "Left Hemisphere" was developed between 1995 and 2000. Dreaming of a certain ratio and intervals during a summer holiday in England in 1995, the piece slowly evolved over the next years. This version was recorded in 2000. The piece uses just intervals derived from the third and seventh harmonics played over a sax drone. All music composed, performed, recorded, and mixed by Werner Durand.

Application is not even
Color: back mitt
It does not apply product evenly and absorbs more of the product than I liked. It's soft and large enough for a person of most any size. Hand grips are properly sized for use

Glowing Skin
I’ve been using this PDRN Salmon Egg Serum for a short time, and I’m genuinely impressed. My skin looks noticeably plumper, calmer, and more radiant, almost like it’s been well-rested and deeply nourished from within. The texture is lightweight and silky, absorbs beautifully, and layers perfectly under moisturizer without any stickiness. What stood out most to me was how soothing it felt—my skin looked less stressed and more balanced after just a few uses. Fine lines appeared softer, and my overall complexion had a healthy glow that didn’t rely on makeup. I also love that it delivers visible results without irritation, which is rare for regenerative-style products. It feels like a professional treatment bottled into a daily serum—luxurious, effective, and worth every drop. If you’re looking for a serum that supports skin repair, elasticity, and glow, this one is truly a gem. I’ll definitely be keeping this as a staple in my skincare routine. ✨

Glow-Up in a Bottle!
I’m thrilled with my experience using the FRANKLY Salmon PDRN Bounce Ball Serum. From the packaging to the results, everything has felt premium and thoughtful. What I love: The “bounce ball” concept is so fun — you shake it, the orange capsule breaks into micro-particles, and it disperses beautifully into a silky essence. The texture is lightweight and non-sticky. It absorbs fast without leaving a greasy film, which makes it perfect under makeup or SPF. My skin feels more plump and elastic after a week of regular use. I’ve noticed a subtle radiance and firmness that wasn’t there before. The formula is fragrance-free, non-comedogenic, and avoids many common irritants, which is great since I have sensitive skin. I appreciate that it layers well. It plays nicely with my other skincare steps without pilling or interfering. A few tips / caveats: After several uses, the serum may look a bit hazy or cloudy. That’s normal — repeated shaking can break up the ball more and cause the look, but performance isn’t affected. Sometimes the bounce ball may temporarily separate or float after shipping or rough handling; just shake it again, let it rest, and it will reform. Because it’s fairly concentrated, a little goes a long way. Use sparingly and let it fully absorb before applying thicker creams. Bottom line: This is one of those serums that feels like a small treat every time you use it. My skin feels better—more plump, hydrated, and glowing—and I’ve gotten compliments already. If you’re curious about a playful, high-performing K-beauty serum, this one is worth trying.

Love, Love, Love!
This serum is worth every penny. It leaves my mature, dry skin silky and moisturized without any stickiness. I’ve tried many oily serums, but this is the only one that dries to a soft, silky finish. I've noticed significant improvements in my skin texture. It’s an essential addition to everyone’s daily routine.
