2002-2003 Civic Si EP (also ES/EM with K-series) 850HP Level 5.9 Axle/Hub Kit (4-Lug hubs). The new level 5.9 axle/hub set, similar to our Level 5 system but with some major upgrades, the inner cv and now featuring our new tapered high quality aircraft grade axle bars. We now have created a Pro race worthy system that works with the standard spline size on the differential end, that can be used with Quaife, Wavetrac and other aftermarket limited slip diffs and spools. What we have done is made a new ball & cage inner cv from high quality chromoly. This inner cv now has 6 contact points and is stronger than a Porsche 930 (108mm) cv (same cv used by many high dollar systems). This along with the 33 spline outer and new 36 spline tapered bars makes it the strongest set of axles to date. The Kit comes with both axles and a set of custom hubs that will fit the stock bearing sizes and extended ARP studs. This system is designed for 850WHP and tire size will not affect its strength.
Also, don't forget to check out our intermediate bars and spools also listed on the site. If you need this system custom made please don't hesitate to call/e-mail, we have an entire wall of axle bars in many different sizes and we would be able to make a custom set in a very short time. DSS is dedicated to bringing you the best drivetrain products at a an affordable price. When you're serious look our way.

*Update*

Recently OBX tried to duplicate our Level 5.9 axle. We tested the OBX axle against the original style 5.9 axle and the new version with tapered bars that we currently offer. Here are the results of the destructive testing:

OBX axles- withstood 3300 ft-lbs and 55 degrees twist (this is what a Level 2.9 axle breaks at, a Level 3.9 is about 3700 ft-lbs)

The original Level 5.9 axle (previous version) withstood 4850 ft-lbs and 80 degrees twist.

The new Level 5.9 axle with tapered bars(currently available) - 5400 ft-lbs and 250 degrees twist!!!!

The Level 5.9 axles, often imitated but NEVER DUPLICATED.

Sounds great.
Just received my Onkyo TX-NR 7100, watched a few YouTube videos before it arrived, so set up was easy. Ran accuEQ, I am getting new front speakers so I’ll wait to run Dirac. After accuEQ, I still had to make a few adjustments, to the speaker levels and especially the sub. It set my subwoofer way too low. As of right now having no problems with Bluetooth. I’ve only listened to music so far, can’t wait to watch a movie. For now I have a 5.1.2. System, getting new fronts, the Klipsch r51-m’s will go to the rear surround and Klipsch r41-m’s will be my height speakers in a 5.1.4 system. So far loving this avr. Update 2: Just calibrated with Dirac for the 6th time. They tell you if you sit in a recliner, reclined measure with it reclined. Well I measured with the chair in its upright position. It makes a huge difference I hear the surrounds much better. Btw I listen to all channel stereo, I know audiophiles say it sucks, however I listened to 2 channel stereo for 20 years, when there was nothing else. I didn’t buy a 9 channel avr to listen to 2 channel stereo. Like Randy the cheap audio man says “ audiophiles aren’t always right. If it sounds good to you, that’s all that matters.” So try calibrating in the upright position, or if you sit on a stationary chair or couch, try positioning the mic slightly forward of your listening position. It makes a huge difference. Hope this helps, enjoy. Update: Ok bought Klipsch rp-600m speakers for the front with 52c center. 51m surrounds, 41m rear heights. Polk owm3 front heights. Why Polk? Lighter easy to hang and as height speakers they are only there for atmos. Ran Dirac live, the application does what it would take several hours to make it sound like it does, if I even could get it to sound so good. Apple TV 4K with my Hisense U8K. The google tv interface is ok, but Apple TV is faster and easier. The Onkyo 7100 is a gem, runs pretty warm but I have it out in the open. If you are going to put in a cabinet I suggest a fan. Very happy with the whole system.

Well made, a solid connection.
Size: 6 Pairs / 12 pcs
I liked them. They really lock down on the speaker wire to make a firm connection. They seem well made and are easy to install. My system sounds great.

Works as intended
Size: 12 Pairs / 24 pcs
These banana plugs are quite easy to use, and securely connected my speaker cables to the receiver. They have a quality feel as well.

Tips broke in the binding post
Size: 12 Pairs / 24 pcs, Size: 12 Pairs / 24 pcs
UPDATE: Two tips broke off when unplugging them from the binding post and are now lodged in. Inexcusable and an utterly poor product. Solid connection in the binding post with no wobble or wiggle. They require some force to insert into the binding post, but once they're in they remain snug. I also tried removing and reinserting a few times and the connection remained solid. I've used other plugs in the past that have a softer tip and easily deform after one or two insertions. These do not have that issue.
