Front and rear lighting are independent, each with a one-touch mirror-face dimmer control. The glass is DuraMirror glass, which is lead-free, copper-free, and corrosion-resistant. The LEDs illuminate a 3,000k which appears as 2,900k after diffusion. Remember that regular "old-fashioned" light bulbs are 2,700k, and you'd be hard-pressed to tell the difference between 2,700k and 2,900k. The LEDs are rated at 36,000 hours and have a CRI rating of 90+. It is energy efficient and designed in the USA for easy installation. There's a 7-year limited warranty by the Electric Mirror Company.
