I like the way it starts at the beginning of developing a vision and mission statement and continues to walk you through defining your ideal customer, goal setting, developing a unique value proposition and a business model canvas. It emphasises the importance of a SWOT analysis and having a sound financial plan. I like the way the workbook provides space for you to work through your own thought processes and financial plan for getting your business off the ground. It is a sound method to use for a person beginning their business journey to make sure they cover all the vitally important steps to starting their own business.
