The Lake Country HDO CCS Blue Cutting Foam Pad is a precision-engineered foam cutting pad designed for use on long-throw DA polishers It features CCS Technology - a unique arrangement of closed-cell pockets that slow polish absorption, keeping compound at the surface longer and reducing pad saturation. This helps reduce skipping, extend working time, and make each pass more effective.
The HDO platform introduces a dual-layer foam structure that resists lateral flex and heat build-up, making the pad run cooler and last longer. Its firm-to-medium density blue foam provides a controlled level of cut, ideal for correcting moderate defects while finishing better than expected - particularly on medium and hard clear coats.
Tapered edges make edge work safer and more manageable, while the entire pad profile is optimised for smoother, more consistent correction across flat and contoured panels.
