Marie Rocher is a new winemaker who has been dealing with wine for a long time. Right from the start Marie focused on producing a natural sparkling wine (also called 'petnat') made of Gamay grapes, as it is a kind of wine she personaly enjoys a lot. And so come 'Les Valseuses', a distinct sparkling rosé with no added sulfites for a completely natural experience,and enjoyment.

Served chilled at 8 to 10°C, this sparkling wine has strong enough taste to not only be enjoyed alone as a starter but also to be paired with light food.
