URSA Mini Pro 12K: The recorder mounts directly to the back of the camera, and this cable plugs into the dedicated USB-C port located underneath the rear 12G-SDI connections.

URSA Mini Pro 4.6K G2: Since the G2 lacks the rear-mounted USB-C port found on the 12K, the recorder still mounts to the back, but the cable must be routed to the USB-C port located inside the fold-out monitor area (above the CFast slots).

URSA Broadcast G2: Fully compatible via the rear USB-C port for recording 4K broadcast-ready files to SSD.

In 2026, many DPs keep a spare one of these in their kit. While a standard "high-speed" USB-C cable will work in an emergency, it lacks the locking screws.
