Inspired by the writing of H. G. Wells, the album was made by sourcing a 100-year-old dulcitone and using it extensively alongside modern electronics and synthesis. Written and recorded at Chatwin's home studio in Scotland. For fans of Steve Reich, Philip Glass, Terry Riley, and Arvo Part.

Chihuahua puppy loves these!

My little 13-week-old, 2.4-lb Chihuahua pup loves these chews. They are the perfect size for her tiny mouth.
I hold them for her, and when enough gets chewed that it could break off and possibly cause a choking hazard, I cut that soft part off with the scissors.
-I would never give them to her unsupervised.
-Will purchase again.

I take 3 pills , sleep like a baby

Melatonin works well for me as a sleep aid. I take 3 pills, and I usually fall asleep within about 30 minutes.
It helps me relax and fall asleep faster, especially on nights when my mind is active or I have trouble winding down. The effect feels gentle, not harsh.
It is helpful for occasional use, but I don’t rely on it every night.
