LP version. In the early 1980s, the French musical duo Fondation, comprising Ivan Coaquette and Anannka Raghel, released three tapes of fantastic electronic music which owed much to the experimentalism of the seventies. Synthesizer, drum computer, solo guitar. Repetitive, meditative, hypnotic - between ambient and synth pop. Les Cassettes 1980-1983 presents a selection of their finest pieces from this period. During an extended sojourn in Italy around 1970, the multi-instrumentalist Ivan Coaquette contributed to the highly experimental artist collective Musica Elettronica Viva, who were on a mission to liberate music from every form of convention. Back in France, he played in various experimental prog rock bands such as Spacecraft and Delired Cameleon Family. His wife Anannka began learning to play the piano at the age of four, studied music theory, and sang together with her father, a professional vocalist. Her focus subsequently shifted to theater and dance, but she would return to music, taking up piano and singing lessons again and playing in bands like Spacecraft, Pandemonium, Zed, and Chantal Grimm. Between 1980 and 1983 they managed to release three lovingly crafted cassettes. Opting for this format rather than the LP was not solely an economic decision. The duo stated a preference for the longer playing time which cassettes afforded. All three tapes had a running time of around 60 minutes. Fondation created sonic collages underpinned by synthesizer, organ, drum computer, and guitar, enhanced by bursts of noise, field recordings, diverse percussion instruments, and the occasional wordless lament sung by Anannka Raghel. Although synthetic sounds are the "foundation" of all Fondation pieces, synthesizers are not - in contrast to "classic" Berlin School (Berliner Schule) acts such as Tangerine Dream or Klaus Schulze - especially prominent in their music. Noteworthy is the use of a Korg X-911 guitar synthesizer, related to the popular black series Korg MS-20 synthesizer. The X-911 transforms a monophonic input signal into synthetic sound. The source instrument for this signal is revealed in it's name. Thanks to their use of the X-911 guitar synthesizer, Fondation was successful in blurring the distinction between synthesizers and guitars with a synthetic sound. For this album, Bureau B have selected the most intriguing and illuminating tracks from the three tapes Metamorphoses (1980), Sans Etiquette (1980), and Le Vaisseau Blanc (1983).

Basic Fundamentals of Astral Projection
Format: Paperback
This book is full of great information about Astral Projection that is presented in a straightforward manner. I have read many books and articles about this subject over the past 10 years. Many are full of scraps of insight that are glued together with abundant amounts of repetition and babble. Mr. Sylvan Muldoon, like many of the great occultists from the early 20th century, has created a work that will refresh the weary, "would-be" traveler by keeping his explanations short and concise. His theory on the astral body being ruled by the subconscious conveys why auto-suggestion is extremely important when attempting separation. He provides the traditional method of maintaining the hypnagogic state via the raised forearm of which Robert Monroe echoes in his own exercises 40 years later. His "Dream True" method is unique to any of the techniques that I have read about in the past. I cannot recommend this book enough for anyone who is attempting the art of Astral Projection.

Good book, quite through
This was quite an in depth analysis on the subject which the author writes from his own experiences, and it seems quite obvious that he is not making any of it up. His explanations can be tedious at times, but this is in an effort to present the information as scientifically as possible, trying to answer any and all doubts and questions that would arise to the skeptical minded person. If you are interested in astral projection, I have never read a more revealing book on the subject.

Astral Projection From A Century Ago
Format: Kindle
This book is roughly a century old.
With that comes a slightly different language but not one too difficult to follow.
Some of the things that stuck out for me were:
* The astral cable or “silver cord.”
* The subjects of possession and the demonic.
* The detailed suggestions for astral projection.
This book could have used some editing ( there is the occasional “I” out of place) in spots but it remains very readable and helpful for understanding what astral projection is and different facets of it.

Marvelous!
This a Must Read for all OBE students and explorers. The kind of book that you can't let go of once you begin reading. The detail explanation and the descriptions are astonishing. I am amazed! It gave me a renewed interest in this discipline and I understood things that I'd given up on. What a fresh breath from a century ago... Thank you, Mr. Muldoon. I am at a loss for words to express my gratitude.

THE VERY BEST BOOK EVER WRITTEN ABOUT THE PROJECTION OF THE ASTRAL BODY!
Format: Paperback
In my opinion, Sylvan Muldoon's book continues after many decades to be the most inspiring and well written and meaningful book ever written on the out of body experience! I always suggest that anybody interested in the subject should always read this classic as being a truly honest and sincere, knowledgable guide written by the person many consider, The Father of Astral Projection.
