Percussionist and electronic producer Jake Meginsky offers four obsessive tracks of pulses and bass loops. Subtle variations takes light under a complex structure costantly moving the concepts of tempo and rhythm. Jake Meginsky has collaborated and performed with such artists as Milford Graves, Alvin Lucier, Joan La Barbara, and many others. Music critic David Keenan called Meginsky's 2014 solo record, L'appel Du Vide, "a hallucinatory electro percussion masterpiece" and in the WIRE Magazine, Nick Cain wrote, "the album uses little more than a couple of sounds, extracting often head spinning complexity from a minimum of means."

Finally Found a Magnesium That Works Without Side Effects
Size: 180 Count (Pack of 1)
I started taking this magnesium because I was dealing with frequent leg cramps, especially at night, and it has made a huge difference for me. Since using this brand consistently, my cramps have almost completely disappeared and my muscles feel much more relaxed. Another thing I really appreciate is that it does not upset my stomach or cause diarrhea like other magnesium supplements I tried before. After testing several brands, this is the only one that has worked well for me without uncomfortable side effects.

Works great!
Size: 180 Count (Pack of 1)
Purchased this item at the recommendation of my PCP to help alleviate my Charlie Horses in my legs. Take 3 tabs an hour or so before bedtime, and it solved that issue.

I sometimes get cramps in my calves while sleeping, so I eat before bed. Personally, I think it's effective. I am satisfied with the product and delivery.
