1. Diffuse to Support Clear Airways
Add 3–5 drops of Breathe Essential Oil to your ultrasonic diffuser or vaporiser.
As the invigorating aroma fills the room, the fresh Eucalyptus and Myrtle help clear congestion while Lemongrass and Rosemary uplift the mood and enhance focus.
Ideal during seasonal changes or when feeling congested, tired, or sluggish.
2. Topical Application for Chest & Sinus Relief
Dilute 2–3 drops of Breathe with Fractionated Coconut Oil and apply to the chest, upper back, or soles of the feet.
