When Bear Family's L-P Anderson discovered the long lost and mythical country-soul icon, Jim Ford, in a Mendocino County trailer park back in 2006, we got to hear his full life story which is more thrilling and adventurous than most Hollywood manuscripts. We also found stacks and stacks of master tapes and demos that Ford stored in a pile of old clothes on the floor of his trailer. The recordings are of extraordinary quality. To this date Bear Family has released five albums containing material compiled from this musical goldmine. 'Allergic To Love' is the sixth installment in Bear Family's 'Jim Ford resurrection campaign series'. The time is ripe for some truly fabulous mid-'80s recordings. Jim told us that Sly Stone is featured on some of these tracks. The production is awesome, and so are the songs. Prepare yourself for a musical trip way-out of this world. Previously unreleased - another 'lost' full-length album. First, unique opportunity to hear what Nick Lowe so rightfully described as "like Barry Manilow reaching for a new brilliant horizon". Culled from the tapes found by Bear Family Records in Jim Ford's mobile home in Mendocino County, California. Re-mastered from the original tapes and pressed on 180 gram vinyl, housed in a deluxe sleeve. Awesome production from the 1980s. From the maker of the legendary 'Harlan County' album and five more top selling anthologies on Bear Family.

Fit and comfort
Size: 12, Color: Ch British Tan/Ivory
These have to rate as equal to any shoes I've ever owned. I know everyone's foot is shaped differently but when I slipped my feet into these I was immediately sure I had made the correct choice. Sizing is true. You note, I'm sure, that these are slip-on shoes. My experience with slip-ons has been mixed as sometimes the heel tends to slip due to the maker leaving room for the slip-on function to take place. When I got these I discovered that the opening for my feet was so tight I needed to shoe-horn them in and it wasn't particularly easy. The heel counter was "high and tight" but once I got my feet in the shoes it was heaven. Then, after a couple of days wearing them I can now slip my feet into these slip-ons with ease and the shoes grip my feet like a lace-up shoe can do. I have one other pair of Cole Haans in the same size 12. They are also a wonderful fit for me. I highly recommend.

Great shoes true to size
Size: 11, Color: Ivory/Microchip/Ivory, Size: 11, Color: Ivory/Microchip/Ivory
Great shoes, came with box. Brand new, true to size 11 US ! :) in my country they cost 270 USD so, really nice and very comfortable shoe considering i have plantar fasciitis. 3 month update: They get wrinkles pretty fast in just a few weeks due to the material, it’s not noticeable to others at all, but it’s worth keeping this in mind when buying this particular model.

High Quality Lenses & High Fashion Design from QUAY
Color: Dark Tort/Green, Polarization Type: Non-Polarized, Lens Width: 50 Millimeters, Color: Dark Tort/Green, Polarization Type: Non-Polarized, Lens Width: 50 Millimeters
These QUAY sunglasses are truly high quality for a price you can’t beat. The Polycarbonate is inlaid with a metal frame to ensure a proper fit, and durability. The lenses have a clarity level that breaks up light waves centered to the retina preventing migraines for me during long durations of use. I can tell the light waves are evenly distributed because cheap sunglasses give me a headache due to my astigmatism. As far as looks go, these have a beautiful tortoise shell design with dark hues of brown, and tan. The gloss finish is one of my favorite things about these sunglasses, allowing me to match it with my hat, shirt and jewelry. I’m very impressed with the quality of these glasses and even after 3+ months of use, the lenses are unscathed (see photos). Each lens is high quality and has taken impacts, and hasn’t scratched much but I also make sure I keep them in the soft case that is also included with these sunglasses. Other notable items are the soft case, owners manual, and microfiber cloth. They include everything I needed and wanted to make sure my sunglasses last, and stay in good condition. Great job QUAY!!!!
